What separates a Marshall Roof from all the rest?

“When you come right down to it, the shingles, ventilation, ice and water shield, and flashing offered by top manufacturers’ are all comparable. They’re high quality, long lasting, competitively priced, ‘green,’ and attractive. The strength, appearance, longevity, and energy-efficiency of a new roof depends on the experience, technique and caring of your roofing company.” – Tom Marshall

When Buying a New Roof:

1. Which warranty is right for you – 25 year, 30 year, 50 year, or lifetime?

2. Which shingle style suits your home, high-definition architectural or traditional 3-tab?

3. Is your contractor aware of today's Ice and Water barrier codes?

4. Will you need to replace gutters at the same time as your roof? If water is backing up or now draining properly through the downspouts, chances are your gutters may need to be replaced or simply re-pitched. Either way, this is the best time to check out the gutters.

5. How is your attic ventilation? Do you have a moisture problem?

6. Which color suits your home best? Brown-tones? Silver? Maybe even green or red. We will provide you with samples and pictures to help you select the best color for your home.
